Before you choose which products is suitable with your case, it is better if you know about your skin type, skin condition, what type of acne, and ways to treat it effectively. If your acne just a little, you can use over the counter acne medication products. But if  your skin condition characterized by reddish discoloration of the facial skin, particularly in the area of the cheeks, forehead and the nose, that is mean your acne conditions is serious. Maybe you get acne rosacea which will not respond to over the counter acne treatments. It can further irritate the skin and cause a worsening of the condition.

For acne rosacea, the acne medications should be:

- A strong oral antibiotic that gradually decreases to a maintenance level.

- A topical cream that is applied regularly to the affected area. This cream usually will contain antibiotics in conjunction with cortisone or a prescription acne mediation.

So it is important to know well the condition of your skin so you can choose the best medication for acne. If you have tried the over the counter acne medications and the acne problem getting worse, that is better go to the dermatologist and ask for prescription acne medication.

Usually simple medications, drugs and creams cannot permanently cure acne. The only treatment that can address all these factors is a natural cure. People get acne usually because of hormones and inflammation.

Things that we can do for avoiding or moderating acne are:

1. Avoid vegetable oil. It causes inflammation on a hormonal level that results in acne. Avoid in particular sunflower cooking oil and foods with vegetable oil contained in it.

2. Get abundant nutrients. The body needs nutrients to operate properly and a nutrient deficiency is a common cause of acne. Solve this by eating wholefoods and vegetables on a daily basis.

3. Eat Heaps of Natural Fruits
The habitual fruiting can dynamically reduce your acne symptoms within 3 days. It includes: apple, apricot, blueberry, cherries, pear, pomegranate, papaya, strawberry, and watermelon, etc.

4. Drinking 12-15 Glasses of Water
Water is an effective cure against acne. You have got to drink at least 12 to 15 glasses of water during that 3 day acne cure. It would cut back on the syndromes of spots. The reason is that water releases the toxins from your body.

5. Have proper dieting, regular exercising and proper hygiene.

For acne rosacea, you should:

- Minimize skin exposure to the sun.
- Avoid or minimize smoking
- Moderate alcohol consumption
- Avoid spicy foods

I hope this information can be useful for your acne medications and can help cure your acne. Please be careful when choose face skin care product, skin lotion, skin care cream. Especially if your skin is very sensitive. Eat healthy meals and use healthy recipe.
