    Lemonade Diet Recipe

    Lemonade diet recipe also known as colon cleansing diet recipe or the master cleanse. It was created by Stanley Burroughs, who believed that the body had natural ability to heal itself. It has been around for fifty years. This diet and detox can help you loose up to twenty pounds, look and feel younger, detox and cleanse your body of internal waste and also give a boost to your energy levels.

    People believe if you drink special lemonade diet recipe for 10 days,  you will clean out your intestinal and colon walls. It will help you balance your body and  the metabolic process, which often results in weight lost.

    The lemonade diet recipe includes a specially designed lemonade that is made of pure water, lemons, maple syrup and  cayenne pepper. This combination produces a detoxification effect within the body forcing the body to release toxins that have over time built up. It  will effectively cleanse your colon, kill parasites, detoxify your body, and replace the flora needed in your gut.

    Every effective colon cleansing diet recipe will contain fiber. It may be in tablet, capsule, or powder form. It may also be an herbal tea. Although powders are more easily absorbed by the body, the most important thing is that your kit includes fiber as an ingredient for you cleansing diet.

    It should also have an anti-parasitic to get rid of parasites that might be living in your intestines. Pro-biotics are important to use after the cleansing to help your body replenish the flora that is normally in your gut. This should be used in a separate step after the cleansing.     If you  need to loose weight fast, the Cabbage Diet recipe may be what you’re looking for. This  cabbage diet food recipe has a lot of variations. It became popular in the 80’s. The majority of these diet soup recipes are 7 days and claim that you can lose about 10 pounds. While your on the cabbage soup diet you can consume as much soup as you like, whenever you are hungry. You must consume at least one bowl everyday. There are strict limitations to what other foods you can eat.

    Although not suitable for long-term weight loss, the Cabbage Soup Diet is a low-fat, high-fiber diet that will help you get into shape fast before you embark on a more moderate long-term eating plan.

    Pros and Cons of the Cabbage Soup Diet

    Pros: You’ll lose weight fast, and can get as much of the foods listed in the program as you want. Although the diet is only for seven days (and shouldn’t be adhered to for longer), it provides a great “kick-start” for a more moderate diet.

    Cons: Some people find the soup bland. Some people have reported feeling light-headed, weak, and have suffered from decreased concentration (although some who have been affected in this way felt it was well worth it, since it was only for a week and they had lost considerable weight).

    Seven Keys to Success when you are on cabbage soup diet:
    1. Follow the diet religiously.
    2. Drink at least 4 glasses of water per day
    3. Keep in mind that it’s only seven days
    4. Complement the diet with a good multivitamin tablet
    5. Print the information on this site so you can refer to it daily
    6. Eat plenty of soup – as much as you want! Do not try to starve yourself or you’ll probably cheat and break the diet
    7. Try different spices to liven up the soup and add variety
