Healthy And Skin Care Treatment Tips
Everybody want to be healthy and happy. Everyday and many times in a day we look at the mirror, to make sure that everything is ok. Usually we feel unconfident and uncomfortable if something wrong with our face and body. For example if we know there are acne, brown spot, wrinkle or scars in our faces. Or if we realize that we are too fat or too skinny.
If you have health, weight and skin problem, here are some health and skin care tips:
- Skin is about beauty and health. We need an appropriate skin care treatments. Knowing your skin type is the most important skin care tips. Not every skin care products suit to everyone. So use skin care product which is suitable with your skin type, especially for your face skin care.
- Drink a lot of water to keep your skin moist and keep your health.
- Cleanse your skin regurally to get rid the dirt and other harsh elemen from your skin.
- Acne is the most common skin problem. You need to control acne and prevent it from getting worse. Avoid tight clothes because the trapping sweat can cause body acne. Do not touch the blemishes acne and do not try to scrub / exfoliate too hard and too often. Also do not squeeze the acnes. Use acne product for your acne medication. Better go to doctor or dermatologist if over the counter acne product does not work and your acne getting worse.
- If you have dry skin, apply moisturizers / emollients for your skin care treatment. For the best result, apply moisturizer while your skin is still damp. Dryness can break the outer layer of your skin, leading to a rough and unattractive appearance. Visit your dermatologist for dry skin care treatment if there is no improvements in 3-4 weeks.
- To avoid brown spots and skin cancer which appear because of over exposed to harmful UV radiations, you should use sunscreen lotion with high SPF (Sun Protecting Factor). You still need to use suncreen even when the weather is cloudy.
- For scar treatment, it depend on the age of the person, the location of the scar and the nature of the scar. If the scar is superficial, it can be treated with microdermabrasion or medium chemical peel. Deeper scar need more intensive treatments such as laser resurfacing or deep chemical peel.
- Regullar exercise and good sleep are essential too for skin care and for health because they can beating stress.
- Have healthy live, eat healthy meals and take some vitamin if needed.
- Do healthy diet can help you improve your health. Even if you feel that your body is too fat, do not look for loose weight fast or lose weight quickly program. It is better if you do the right healthy diet program and having regular exercise, like fitness.
